Description

Initialed polyethylene container for storage of wine, brandy, cider, spirits and for fermentation of must.
The inner side of the polyethylene barrel is permanently covered with paraffin, which is a prerequisite for recreating the same conditions and qualities for storage and maturation of wine as in wooden barrels. The walls do not collect tartar and are easy to clean. Polyethylene is an excellent insulator and easily maintains a constant temperature.
