The seeds germinate in 10-12 days. Sowing should be done with permanent warming of the soil around 13-14°C, at a depth of 10 cm.
Outdoor planting takes place with permanent warming of the soil, when the danger of late spring frosts has passed - usually in early May. The optimum temperature for growth and development is 28-30°C.

• Outdoors: April - May

One week before removal to a permanent place, the seedlings are hardened, reducing the temperature and drying.
During the drought the seedlings should be 30-35 - daily and have developed no more than 3-4 true leaves.
They are sown in the open between April 15 and 20 after the soil warms up.
