The model is distinguished by its characteristic classic Roman profile (Roman type), which forms pronounced and dynamic high waves on the roof surface. The series-specific glazed coating (Smalto) gives the ceramic an exceptional deep shine, transferring the traditional and elegant Mediterranean architecture directly onto the building structure.

The main function of the Roman glazed tile is to provide a long-lasting, reliable and completely waterproof surface for pitched roofs. The glaze layer serves as a perfect additional barrier, making the front side of the ceramic absolutely smooth, preventing dust, soot and moss from sticking to it. In the rain, the surface is self-cleaning, and the low level of water absorption ensures that the material will not be damaged or destroyed by sudden temperature changes or freezing in winter. The tiles are certified according to the strict European standards EN 539, guaranteeing uncompromising operation.
