U-shaped elbow for gutter pipe 100/100 - colored galvanized sheet, anthracite RAL 7016

Y-elbow for gutters. The elbow is 100/100 mm in size and is part of the KJG roof drainage system. The elbow is made of colored galvanized sheet metal in anthracite color RAL 7016.

Colored galvanized sheet metal is designed to protect against corrosion and is adapted to modern requirements in the field of construction. It has much higher corrosion protection properties. This material combines the excellent mechanical properties of galvanized steel with sufficient protection against corrosion, in the form of organic surface treatment in a wide range of colors. The treatment consists in the application of polyurethane on both sides with a thickness of approximately 25, 50 micrometers. Additionally, a varnish is applied, which gives greater hardness to the material. The surface of the components of the drainage system is treated by dust treatment according to the standards of OLI (Austrian Varnishing Institute). The quality criteria are established by the international organization ECCA.
