ELMARK fault current protection operating without the need to apply additional voltage to the actuator. The principle of operation consists in comparing the magnitude of the currents flowing through the neutral and phase conductors. If a fault occurs in the insulation of any of the wires, the system becomes unbalanced and the magnetic fluxes cannot be destroyed. In this way, the magnetic flux generates a voltage in the secondary winding, which passes a current proportional to the leakage current through the solenoid winding. When the value of this current exceeds the limit value of the fault current circuit breaker, the protection is activated and the fault current circuit breaker switches off the mains. Regulation of the proper functioning of electrical panels is also used. The switch is operated manually by switching off automatically. The connection is made by a feed comb. Flexible or rigid conductors with the appropriate cross section can be used. During installation, it is placed in a vertical position, fastened with a DIN rail. The residual current protection is bipolar, with a nominal current of 63A, and the leakage current is 30mA.
