TERAKOL heat-resistant adhesive is a specially developed product for masonry of fireplaces, stoves, chimneys and hearths, where resistance to high temperatures is essential. Thanks to its technical characteristics, the adhesive provides reliable bonding and long-term stability of the masonry. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, which makes it a universal solution for construction and repair work requiring fire resistance and mechanical strength.

The main advantage of the product is its ability to withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which guarantees the trouble-free operation of any heating equipment. The adhesive contains special fibers that improve its strength and resistance to temperature deformations. In addition, the material is cold and frost resistant, which allows its application in sites exposed to adverse climatic conditions.

During preparation and application, it is important that the surface is thoroughly cleaned, dry and dust-free to ensure maximum adhesion. The dry mixture from a 25 kg package is mixed with 7-8 liters of clean water until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, convenient for work. The working temperature for application is from +5°C to +30°C, which provides optimal conditions for drying and bonding of the solution.

The adhesive is applied with a suitable spatula, and it is recommended that the layer thickness does not exceed 8 mm. This is of key importance for avoiding cracks and ensuring the stability of the structure. The consumption rate is between 4.5-5 kg/sq.m, depending on the base and the method of application. Thus, the product provides an economical and practical solution when working with fireclay or industrial refractory bricks.

It is important to note that the adhesive should not be mixed with other similar mixtures, as this would deteriorate its technical qualities and heat resistance.
