Adhesive for aerated concrete 100G, 25 kg

Weber 100G aerated concrete adhesive is a specially developed dry mix for laying aerated concrete blocks of any size. It is intended for thin-layer laying, providing a strong and stable connection between the blocks and allowing the construction of reliable and durable masonry. The product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor conditions, and is used in the construction of unreinforced walls. Thanks to its formula, Weber 100G provides excellent adhesion and allows work with thin joints from 1 to 3 mm. This reduces material consumption and at the same time improves the thermal insulation qualities of the finished masonry. In addition to connecting the blocks, the adhesive can also be used to fill joints and partially level the surface.

Preparing the solution is easy - only clean water is added to the dry mix in proportions specified by the manufacturer and mixed with an electric mixer at low speed. The resulting solution has a sufficiently long open time for work, which facilitates masonry and allows corrections up to 10 minutes after application. It is recommended to work at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Freshly built masonry must be protected from wind, strong sun and frost for at least 24 hours after laying. Following the instructions guarantees optimal strength and durability of the structure.
