Adhesive sealant Ceresit FT101 weather resistant.

Transparent, elastic sealant and multifunctional adhesive for outdoor and indoor use, based on Flextec® technology.

Properties and characteristics:

• High transparency
• No streaking - clean application
• Good elasticity - mobility 20%
• Excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials without priming
• Dries without a sticky finish
• Can be applied to damp substrates without bubbling or loss of adhesion (unlike PU sealants and silicones) good resistance to UV rays, weathering and aging, color stability and aging resistance - no surface cracking or shrinkage
• Good compatibility with paints - can be painted after curing absorbs shocks and vibrations

FT101 adheres very well to a wide variety of substrates and is recommended for elastic bonding and sealing works in construction such as:

• Sealing and bonding where extremely clean application is required (e. g.near rough and structured surfaces, natural wood, parquet, etc. , which are difficult to clean when soiled with ordinary opaque products)
• Connecting joints, e.g. joints between wood/aluminium/ PVC joinery or around door frames and brickwork
• The product is suitable for joints on stairs, balconies, terraces, sound insulation of pipes between concrete and cladding and many other applications, installation (gluing and sealing) of window sills, skirting boards, covering boards, stair treads, tiles, connecting elements, etc. ., gluing skirting boards, protective moldings, plasters, metals, wood, stone, prefabricated elements and much more

• Glass bonding for indoor applications (e.g. bonding glass panels to furniture)
