Combined ventilation element BRAMAC

Bramac Combined element for ventilation (100 cm x 3 cm) is a compact and multifunctional roofing accessory from the original range of the manufacturer, made of high-quality and durable polyethylene. The product is specially designed for the execution of the detail at the eaves of pitched roofs, and is extremely suitable for combination with all profiled and high-profile models of Bramac tiles. The element combines several important functions in one common structural body, which optimizes material costs and speeds up the work of roofers.

The main function of the combined element is to provide a large ventilation cross-section of 200 sq.cm per linear meter at the lowest point of the roof, allowing fresh incoming air to enter under the slope and dry the condensation. The ridge (anti-bird grille) integrated into the structure flexibly follows the relief and high profile of the tiles, stopping birds, rodents and bats from nesting under the coating. Thanks to its factory height of 3 cm, the element raises the first row of tiles and eliminates the need to install a second (double) batten at the eaves to maintain the same slope.
