Bramac Ventilated Tile Classic (red) is a specialized concrete roofing element with built-in ventilation holes, designed for the construction of modern ventilated pitched roofs. The product is installed in the highest part of the slope, usually on the second or third row of tiles below the main ridge, as well as in the area of the ridges in four-pitched structures. The model perfectly matches the dimensions and geometry of standard tiles, ensuring 100% structural compatibility and durability, backed by a 30-year official BMI warranty.

The main function of the ventilation tile is to ensure continuous circulation of air flow from the eaves to the ridge, ensuring the maintenance of the so-called "functionally cold roof". Through its precisely calculated ventilation hole with a cross-section of 50 sq.cm, the element effectively removes heat and residual moisture, preventing the appearance of mold, condensation and rotting of the wooden grill. The factory-installed holes with a diameter of 4 mm facilitate quick mechanical reinforcement of the element and protect it from sliding or shifting in hurricane winds.
