Polyurethane foam CT 84 for CERESIT thermal insulation boards

Ceresit CT 84 Express thermal insulation adhesive is an innovative solution for fast and reliable fixing of expanded polystyrene (EPS) boards in external thermal insulation systems. The product is ready to use and is easily applied with a gun, which ensures significantly cleaner and faster work compared to traditional cement adhesives. With CT 84, the installation of thermal insulation boards becomes up to two times more economical, as one bottle covers up to 10 sq.m, which is about 100% more efficient than standard adhesives.

Thanks to the high adhesive strength, which is 15% greater than that of cement products, the boards are fixed stably and long-lasting. The adhesive has low secondary expansion and provides a uniform and reliable connection between the base and the insulation material. One of its key advantages is its rapid hardening - in just about 2 hours, which allows shortening the entire thermal insulation process by up to 5 days when working with the Ceresit Ceretherm Express system. CT 84 is also an excellent solution for winter conditions, as it can be used at temperatures down to -10°C and in high humidity, when standard cement adhesives dry slowly.
