Chernomorets delighted over 2,000 children and parents at the Open Day
Over 2000 children and parents experienced a real celebration at Lazur Stadium in the third edition of the Open Day, which is organized by PSFK Chernomorets-Burgas. Young and old shared the beautiful sunny day in the company of Chernomorets football players, coaches, the entire team's academy, veterans and many other guests. Many games, gifts and positive emotions accompanied the sporting event, which is the only one of its kind in Bulgaria.
The program began shortly after 11:00, when the entire "Sharks" team took to the field to the thunderous applause of the guests who had occupied the VIP box at the stadium. Immediately after the ceremonial welcome, the fun part began. On the field, which was divided into 4 parts, exercises were held with the participation of coaches from the club's academy and football players from the first team. In parallel with this, there were many other activities for all those present. A huge inflatable trampoline entertained the little ones, who literally took over and were going wild. The club's general sponsors from MASTERHAUS had their own tent at the stadium, where a raffle was held and many prizes were given out. In addition to them, children and parents had the opportunity to win advertising carts and vouchers from the club's other partner Peugeot. Inspector Hitami, who is a huge hippopotamus and mascot of the SOS PTP association, explained the rules of the road to the kids, and also handed out many prizes. A famous Burgas radio station had set up its mobile studio in the epicenter of the events at the stadium and broadcasted what was happening live. Prominent Burgas football players and figures from Chernomorets' past also came to pay their respects to the event. Among them were the names of Ivan Pritargov, Toma Tomov, Krasimir Dimitrov and Vasil Stoyanov. The team mascot Sharky was also there and, as always, enjoyed a lot of fans.
The second part of the event passed with unprecedented interest. The entire Chernomorets team and the coaches went up to one of the VIP rooms of the stadium and started signing autographs on the posters specially made for the event. For about an hour, the hall was literally overflowing with children and parents, who walked around and diligently filled the collector's posters with football players and coaches with signatures.
