INSTAGRAM POST-GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF POST - GAME ON INSTAGRAM

Participation in the INSTAGRAM post-game is only possible if the conditions described below are met.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Post - game on INSTAGRAM (for short "The Game") is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with registered office and management address: Burgas, SPZ c/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhaus", with UIC No. 102082965, represented by the manager Pavel Nikolov Boshnakov, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER.

2. TERRITORY AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME

The promotional game is organized and held on the territory of Bulgaria.

The game takes place only on the social platform INSTAGRAM on the masterhaus.bg profile, starts at the times specified in the game post. The winner will receive the prize specified in the current game post.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. These Official Rules ("Rules") determine the manner of conducting a post-game on INSTAGRAM (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") and govern the relationship between the Organizer (named above) and the Participants in the Game.

3.2. Participants in the promotional game are required to comply with the terms and conditions and the rules of the promotional game described below, called the Official Rules of the Promotional Game.

3.3. The official rules will be published on the Organizer's official website www.masterhaus.bg and will be available there throughout the entire period of the Game.

3.4. The Organizer of the Game reserves the right to change or supplement the Official Rules of the Game, with the changes coming into force after their preliminary publication on the Organizer's official website www.masterhaus.bg.

3.5. By participating in the Game, participants are bound by the above-described Official Rules and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Game, and by performing any action to participate in the Game, each participant confirms that he has read them, understood them and accepts them unconditionally.

3.6. By performing any action to participate in the Game, each participant confirms that he/she gives his/her irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his/her personal data.

4. MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

4.1. During the period of the Game, a post will be published on the Instagram account of @masterhaus.bg . In order to participate in the Game, the participant must fulfill each of the conditions listed below:

- Follow the Instagram account of @masterhaus.bg and @kaercher_bulgaria , if you haven't already done so (by pressing the follow button);

- Write an answer to a question in a comment/tag your friends;

- Tag/mention at least one Instagram account in a comment. The tagged account must be different from the one posting the comment

5. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

5.1. "Participant" in the Game is called any:

1. a capable individual, Bulgarian citizen, over 18 years old, with an active Instagram Account;

2. individuals who have permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria.

5.2. The managers and employees of the Organizer and all related subsidiaries or other persons professionally involved in the organization of the Promotional Campaign, as well as members of their families, are not entitled to participate in the Game.

6. PRIZE AND DRAWING OF WINNERS

Participation in the Game gives you the opportunity to win one prize.

The winning participant will be drawn randomly, through a one-time electronic draw.

The results of the draw are final and cannot be contested.

7. RECEIVING THE PRIZE

7.1. The winner will be announced by publishing the account with which he/she participated in the Game on the Instagram account @masterhaus.bg. In order to receive his/her prize, the selected participant must write a private message to the Organizer on Instagram within 7 days and provide three names, a place of residence and a contact phone number so that the prize can be sent. The Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to deprive the winner of his/her right to receive a prize in case of full or partial non-fulfillment of the arrangements for participation and receipt of the prize. A winner who has not contacted the Organizer within 10 days from the date of his/her announcement on the Instagram account @masterhaus.bg automatically and unconditionally loses his/her right to be a winning participant.

7.2. In order to receive their prize, the winning participant must sign all documents provided to them by the Organizer in connection with the delivery of the prize and hand them over to the courier for return to the organizer. A winner who does not collect their prize within 5 days from the date of receipt at the relevant store/courier office loses their right to be a winning participant.

7.3. In the event that a winner loses or is deprived of the right to receive the prize, the Organizer may conduct a new draw for the respective prize.

8. OTHERS

8.1. By performing any action to participate in the promotional game, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) to the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for their commercial purposes, including publicly, his name and photographs and images, his voice and/or image for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing his status as a Winner) without additional remuneration in any media that are currently known or are to be discovered in the future, throughout the world, including on the Internet, without limitation in time and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as when awarding the prize for advertising and information events, without being due to him any additional or other payment and/or compensation unlimited in time.

8.2. The participants in the Game agree that the Organizer or persons representing it may contact them via personal messages on Instagram, phone calls or SMS and Viber messages.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Organizer undertakes to comply with the current legislation related to the protection of personal data collected during the Game. "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4, point 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as such is obliged to process the personal data of the Game Participants in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the Game participants and to use them in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

The Organizer collects personal data specifically for the purposes of the Game. For the purposes of managing the Game, personal data that Participants have already provided when participating is used.

The Organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Game, as well as for administrative purposes.

In order to verify the identity of the Winner, the Organizer will process personal data contained in their personal cards. This processing is based on the Personal Income Tax Act, the Bulgarian Competition Act, the Bulgarian VAT Act, the Bulgarian Competition Act and on the voluntary and explicit consent of the Participant. By participating in the Game, the participants voluntarily give their explicit consent to the Organizer to use and process their personal data for the purposes of their participation in the Game. The Organizer will not provide personal data to third parties. The collected personal data may only be disclosed to state authorities on matters within their competence.

According to the GDPR, Participants have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16) or erase (Art. 17) their personal data free of charge or to restrict processing (Art. 18). Participants have the right to data portability (Art. 20), i.e. to request that their personal data be provided in a commonly used and machine-readable format to them or to a person or organisation specified by them.

Each participant bears full responsibility in case he/she has used someone else's personal data. By participating in the Game, the participant declares that the personal data he/she has provided is indeed his/hers.

10. NO SILVER PLATING

The exchange of prizes for others or for their cash equivalent is not permitted.

These Rules are in effect from 13.08.2024 and will be available at www.masterhaus.bg during the period in which the Game is held.
