MASTERHAUS begins construction of a modern logistics center in Burgas

MASTERHAUS has launched its largest project to date - the construction of a modern logistics center in the city of Burgas. With an investment of 29.5 million leva, the new base will increase the efficiency of deliveries, improve service and create up to 40 new jobs.

Why the logistics center is important

The new base will unite all key processes in one place - from the receipt of goods to their shipment to stores and customers. This will allow:

  • Faster and more reliable deliveries
  • A wider variety of products
  • Better service for customers and partners

Main areas in the complex

The logistics center will be located on 60,000 sq m and will include:

  • A high-bay warehouse with a capacity of nearly 10,000 pallets places
  • Warehouse for bulky goods (8,000 sq m)
  • Warehouse for fast-moving goods (2,000 sq m)
  • Modern showroom with an area of 3,000 sq m
  • Administrative part for base management

Technologies and sustainability

The entire activity will be managed through specialized software, which will digitize and automate the processes. This will ensure traceability, accuracy and speed.

MASTERHAUS also invests in sustainable solutions - charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle spaces and in the next stage - a photovoltaic system for its own electricity.

The new logistics center will more effectively serve MASTERHAUS stores in Burgas, Nessebar, Aytos, Primorsko, Kazanlak and the future site in Sliven. In addition, it will improve the management of growing online orders through www.masterhaus.bg, ensuring:
