Delivery schedule for the month of December 2016

Dear customers,

As the Christmas and New Year holidays approach, the load on couriers' logistics networks is also increasing. This necessitates a change in the schedules for the delivery of Masterhouse Online shipments as follows:

- Economy delivery to an address is performed within 4 working days, and upon request from a Speedy office - up to 3 working days

- Express delivery to an address is carried out by 2 working days, and upon request from Speedy's office - up to 1 working day, if the order is placed before 3 p.m.

The delivery of pallets remains unchanged and takes place within 3 working days. Exceptions are small towns with a schedule.

Orders placed after 4pm on 12/23/16, as well as 12/24/16, 12/25/16, and 12/26/16 will be confirmed and processed on 12/27/16 (Tuesday ). Orders placed after 4pm on 30.12.16, as well as 31.12.16, 1.01.17 and 2.01.17 will be confirmed and processed as follows on 3.1.17 (Tuesday).
