General terms and conditions of the BLACK PETER 2025 campaign at Masterhaus Online

The sale of products from the BLACK PETER campaign is carried out according to the terms and conditions described below.

1. The BLACK PETER campaign ("Campaign"), organized by BOSHNAKOV EOOD with registered office and management address - Burgas, Severna Promishlena Zona 8000 and UIC: 102082965, is valid from 08:00 on 10.11.2025 until 23:59 on 16.11.2025 or until stocks last. The organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period by publishing an information message on the website.
2. The campaign is being held on the electronic platform for sales of goods - www.masterhaus.bg and includes selected products from various categories.
3. The products are in limited quantities and their sale is carried out until the available quantities are exhausted during the Campaign. BOSHNAKOV EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already exhausted products part of the Campaign or uploaded to the e-store.
4. The products, part of the campaign, are marked on www.masterhaus.bg with the inscription BLACK PETER in white font on a black background.
5. Adding products to the shopping cart and/or marking them as "favorites" does NOT constitute reserving them and BOSHNAKOV EOOD does not guarantee their availability and the indicated price until the purchase procedure is completed.
6. The order of products from the BLACK PETER campaign does not in itself act as a confirmation of availability. The order will be considered confirmed only when a confirmation email containing a waybill number is received.
7. The standard delivery times listed on the site are approximate and do not apply during the BLACK PETER campaign. There may be a deviation of up to 8 additional business days from the approximate delivery time. Orders with the "Pick up from store" delivery method may also be delivered to the selected location with up to 3 additional business days.
8. All clauses of the general terms and conditions for use of the platform www.masterhaus.bg are also applicable during the BLACK PETER Campaign, unless otherwise provided in these regulations.
9. The campaign is also being held in physical stores. There may be differences in the selection of products and discounts, part of the BLACK PETER campaign, placed in the MASTERHAUS online store and those in the physical stores of the chain.
10. Technical errors or temporary malfunctions in the functioning of the site are possible. In the event of such, the Organizer will do everything possible to eliminate them as quickly as possible.
11. BOSHNAKOV EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, expand or permanently discontinue the assortment of Products in the Campaign at any time, as well as to change the terms and conditions and duration of the Campaign by announcing this on www.masterhaus.bg
