It is made of stainless steel - noble stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm. It has a three-layer bottom of the "sandwich" type with a thickness of 6-7 mm. The so-called "sandwich bottom" reduces energy consumption as it provides even contact with the heating plates.
