Bramac Economy Red Ventilated Tile is a high-quality specialized concrete roofing element from the manufacturer's original system range. The product is integrated directly into the roof area in the ridge area, usually installed on the last row of tiles. This detail replaces a standard tile and matches perfectly in color, shape and geometry with the other elements of the Economy series (BRAMAC Economy), ensuring a homogeneous appearance and impeccable visual finish of the pitched roof.

The main function of the ventilated cement tile is to ensure proper and highly efficient ventilation of the under-roof space to maintain the so-called "functionally cold roof". Through its precisely designed opening with a cross-section of 50 sq.cm, it maintains a constant air flow, which removes the moisture evaporated from the building and prevents condensation. In this way, the wooden roof structure and thermal insulation are protected from rot and mold. The factory-installed ventilation grille reliably prevents the entry of insects, birds and precipitation under the coating.
