Bitumen waterproofing 10kg Plastimul High Flex Plus MAPEI

MAPEI's Plastimul High Flex Plus universal paste bitumen waterproofing is a new generation high-tech product developed in the research laboratories of the Italian concern. The material is a ready-to-use thick mixture without odor and hazardous solvents, consisting of specially selected bitumens in a water emulsion. After complete drying, the composition turns into an extremely elastic, flexible and 100% monolithic (seamless) waterproofing coating. It does not re-emulsify back into water even with prolonged and constant hydrostatic immersion underground.

The great advantage of Plastimul High Flex Plus over standard liquid bitumens is its full UV resistance. This allows the coating to remain completely exposed to the weather without the need to be covered with tiles, gravel or screeds. Thanks to its perfect adhesion, the product can be applied directly to concrete, cement screeds, old compromised bitumen membranes and even metal surfaces (such as gutters and cladding). Its highly thixotropic structure makes application on vertical foundations and sloping roofs extremely easy, as the material does not run or drip during application.
