The product allows the precise connection of an additional pipe line with an external diameter of 110 mm to a main sewer collector with a diameter of 200 mm. The angle of 87° provides an almost perpendicular discharge, which is ideal for vertical connections, inspection shafts and specific technological branches, saving space during excavation work.

The key engineering advantage of PIPELIFE’s PVC KG® fittings is the innovative three-layer material structure. The inner and outer layers are made of dense, high-strength unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), and the intermediate layer is composed of a special foamed polyvinyl chloride. This specific configuration gives the coupler exceptional peripheral elasticity of the ring, high resistance to serious dynamic and static loads from soil settlement and traffic, while keeping the fitting lightweight (only 0.55 kg).
