Universal quick-drying primer VL-021 is a high-quality anti-corrosion product, developed for direct use on various types of metals - ferrous, non-ferrous (such as aluminum and copper), as well as galvanized sheet metal. It is suitable for outdoor and indoor use and provides long-lasting protection against corrosion in weather conditions. Thanks to its versatility and excellent adhesion, the primer is widely used both in everyday life and in industrial environments for processing metal structures, machines, equipment, railings, fences and others.

The product is distinguished by a short drying time, easy application and compatibility with various types of final coatings (paints and varnishes). With VL-021 you get a reliable base that improves the adhesion of the finishing layers, extends the service life of the metal surface and provides an aesthetically finished look of the final result.

Preparation of base

• Surfaces must be dry, clean and degreased.
• Remove rust, old paint, dust, oils and other contaminants.
• If necessary, use a suitable degreaser and sandpaper or sandblasting to improve adhesion.

How to use

• Stir well before use.
• Apply with a brush, roller or spray gun.
• If necessary, thin with a suitable thinner for synthetic paints (e.g. white spirit).
• Apply 1-2 coats, with intermediate drying between them.
• Work at a temperature above +5°C and a relative humidity below 80%.
