HB Body 992 is a high-quality one-component anti-corrosion primer, specially developed for effective protection of metal and wooden surfaces from corrosion and aggressive atmospheric influences. Created on the basis of a modern formula free of harmful chromates, the primer provides strong adhesion, fast drying and excellent resistance to moisture, salt fog and extreme weather conditions.

Suitable for both industrial and domestic use, HB Body 992 can be used on machines, structures, railings, metal doors and wooden surfaces, ensuring a reliable base for subsequent painting. Thanks to the possibility of dilution and various application methods, the product is easy and flexible to apply.

Suitable for priming:

• ferrous and galvanized metals
• machines, fences, doors, grilles
• wooden surfaces exposed to external conditions
• metal structures, profiles and decorative elements

Substrate preparation - surfaces must be:

• clean, dry and degreased
• free of residues of old flaking coatings
• sanded if necessary to better adhesion
• dust removal is recommended before application

How to use

• Stir well before use
• Application tools: brush, roller, paint gun (nozzle 1.5-1.8 mm)
• Dilution: with BODY 767 ECO THINN (nitro thinner) - 10-30%
• Working temperature: above 10°C
• Caution: do not mix with water-based or alkyd-based primers
• After drying: the surface can be sanded and painted
