Protecta 3in1 Matt by Orgachim is a high-tech paint developed for comprehensive anti-corrosion protection and aesthetic design of metal surfaces. This unique product combines the functions of a rust converter, primer and finish coating in one, which allows its direct application to rusty areas without the need for pre-treatment. The matte finish not only gives a modern and sophisticated look to the details, but also effectively hides small imperfections on the base, ensuring a perfect look even for older structures.

The system guarantees exceptional durability, providing up to 15 years of corrosion resistance according to ISO 12944. The formula is extremely fast-drying, with the layer being dry to the touch after just 30 minutes, which significantly speeds up the work process. The product has been tested under extreme conditions (300 hours of salt spray), making it suitable for the most aggressive weather conditions. It is suitable for all ferrous metal elements - from railings and fences to massive metal roofs and tanks.

Method of use:

1. Clean the base from dust, grease and loose rust with a wire brush.
2. Stir the product well before starting work.
3. When applying by brush or roller, dilute up to 8% with Protecta Thinner
4. When working with a pneumatic gun, dilute to 12% and use a 1.6-1.8 mm nozzle.
5. Apply two or three coats, the next coat can be applied immediately (wet on wet) or after the previous coat has completely dried.
6. Work at air and substrate temperatures above 5°C.
