The environmentally friendly rust converter on a dispersion basis is a modern product designed for the durable and reliable treatment of rusty metal surfaces. Thanks to its special formula, it penetrates deeply, where it enters into a chemical reaction with iron oxides and converts them into a stable, insoluble metal-organic complex with a blue-black color. This interrupts the corrosion process, without the need for aggressive mechanical removal of rust.

The product is safe to use, does not contain solvents and is gentle on both the user and the environment. After treatment, the surfaces remain suitable for puttying, painting or varnishing with all common coating systems, which makes it an ideal solution for both professional and home use. Indispensable for restoration, maintenance or protection of metal parts, machines, fences, tools and other structures exposed to moisture and weathering.

Preparation of the base - before application, the surface must be:

• Clean, dry and degreased
• Cleaned of crumbling rust, flakes and old paint with a wire brush or scraper
• Protected areas that will not be processed, covered with paper or foil
• Do not wash with water before application

How to use

• Apply the product evenly in a thin layer with a brush or roller
• Avoid dripping
• Respect the reaction time - 3 hours
• The treated areas can be varnished within 48 hours
• After use, clean the tools with water
