Alkyd primer PF-02 gray 5kg ORGAHIM

Leko Alkyd Primer PF-02 is a universal anti-corrosion product on an alkyd basis, specially developed for the protection of ferrous metal surfaces. It is distinguished by very good filling properties that help to level out irregularities on the base, creating a strong and stable surface for subsequent painting.

The primer is easy to apply, adheres tightly to the metal and allows sanding if necessary for a finer result. It is suitable for both new metal structures and for repair and renovation of already painted surfaces. It is widely used in domestic conditions (grilles, doors, railings), as well as in professional and industrial projects exposed to atmospheric influences. For maximum effect, the surface must be well prepared and degreased.

Preparing the base

• New surfaces: Must be sound, dry, well cleaned of dust, grease and rust, mandatory degreasing (with thinner or suitable degreaser)

• Existing painted surfaces: Remove cracked and flaking coatings, wire brush off coarse rust, dedust and degrease

How it works

• Stir well before use.
• Work at temperatures above 5°C
• If necessary, dilute with AMV Thinner (up to 10%)
• Application with brush, roller or spray gun
• The second layer is applied after the first one has completely dried.
