Caparol StrukturFarbe is an innovative structural paint and decorative plaster designed to create aesthetically attractive and durable surfaces with a fine grain and a matt finish. This product combines the advantages of paint and plaster, offering the possibility of structuring and modeling surfaces that are distinguished by exceptional strength and weather resistance. This product provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including mineral plasters, concrete, plasterboard and even old painted surfaces, thus facilitating the repair and renovation of facades and interior walls. Its resistance to mechanical impacts and adverse weather conditions ensures that the decorative effect will remain unchanged for a long period of time.

Caparol StrukturFarbe offers options for individual surface design through various application and modeling techniques, which gives freedom to design and creativity when implementing projects with a sophisticated look. The product is available in white, but can be easily tinted in the desired range using the modern computerized tinting system ColorExpress.

Application

• Suitable for facades and interiors
• Can be applied to mineral surfaces such as lime-cement plasters, gypsum plasters, concrete, plasterboard and old painted bases

Substrate preparation

• The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and free of loose substances
• In the case of highly porous and powdery substrates, prime with a suitable primer (OptiGrund ELF or Dupa-Grund)
• Remove old, damaged or non-load-bearing coatings before application
• Mold and mildew are treated with preparations such as Capatox or FungiGrund
• In the presence of salt efflorescences - mechanical removal and priming with Dupa-Grund

How to use

• Stir the product well before use
• Apply with a stainless steel trowel in a layer of about 1 mm
• Model wet on wet, without interruption, for an even structure
• At high temperatures it can be diluted with up to 2% water
• Clean with water after use
• Can be structured with a moltopren brush, putty knife or trowel according to the desired effect
