Acrylic paint for interior and exterior 2.85l Leko/Art Color transparent ORGAHIM

Leko-Art Color acrylic paint is a high-quality paint specially developed for the protection and decorative coating of various mineral and renovated surfaces. The combination of silicone resins provides excellent water-repellent ability and allows the walls to "breathe", which prevents moisture retention and extends the life of the facade. The product is suitable for both new plasters and already treated surfaces, including renovated thermal insulation systems.

Combining the advantages of water-based and silicate paints, this paint is a reliable solution for all climatic conditions and offers resistance to weathering, dirt and microorganisms. This makes it suitable even for historical buildings and surfaces with a high lime content.

Substrate preparation

• The substrate must be clean, dry and free of separating substances
• New plasters: wait until completely dry (approx. 2 weeks at 20°C and 65% humidity)
• Old plasters: wet clean, if necessary use a water jet with a pressure of up to 60 bar, then wait until completely dry
• For lime and alkaline plasters, priming with CapaGrund Universal is recommended to reduce limescale leakage
• Prime absorbent, porous or sandy surfaces with a suitable primer (e.g. OptiSilan TiefGrund or Dupa-Putzfestiger)
• If there are salt efflorescences, clean them dry with a brush and prime
• Pre-treat surfaces with mold with special fungicidal products (e.g. ThermoSan)

How to use

• Stir the paint well before use
• Apply with a brush, roller or airless spray
• Work at a temperature of the material, air and substrate between +5°C and +30°C
• When applying manually, use quality tools - a natural fiber brush or a microfiber roller (10-15 mm)
• Apply two coats of paint, the second coat being applied after the first coat has completely dried (usually 2-4 hours under suitable conditions)
• For an even coating, paint continuously, wet on wet
• After finishing, wash the tools with water

• Water permeability level - class W3 (reduced water permeability)
• High resistance to aggressive weathering
• High CO₂ permeability
• Contains photocatalytic pigments with antibacterial action

• Paint density: about 1.5 g/cubic cm
• Consumption: 150-200 ml/sq m for one coat on smooth surfaces
• Drying time: touch dry for about 12 hours at 20°C and 65% humidity, complete drying and hardening after 2-3 days
• Color: Transparent - tinting required before use
• Possibility of tinting with AmphiSilan-Volltonfarben dyes or via the ColorExpress computer tinting system
