Wood varnish 2.5l Toplasur UV Plus 11 white BELINKA

Toplasur UV Plus is a high-quality thick-layer azure varnish, specially designed for long-lasting protection and decoration of wooden surfaces. Thanks to its advanced formula with UV filters, absorbers and free radical stabilizers, the product provides superior resistance to weathering, wear and discoloration.

Application

• Suitable for exterior and interior use

Substrate preparation

• New wood: Must be dry (~15% humidity), clean and finely sanded. For outdoor use - mandatory pre-impregnation with Belinka Base.

• Old surface: Removal of damaged coatings, matting with sandpaper (P180-220), cleaning from dust and dirt.

• Maintenance: When refreshing, apply 1-2 thin layers. In case of serious wear - sand to sound wood and reapply.

How to use

• Stir well before use.
• Apply with a brush, roller or by combined spraying with a brush.
• Work at a temperature of 15-25°C, humidity below 80%.
• Avoid application in direct sunlight, high humidity or immediately after rain.
• Apply 2-3 coats as needed. The first coat can be lightly sanded after drying.
• Drying: 6-10 hours, re-application after 24 hours.
• For mechanically stressed surfaces (e.g. furniture): wait at least 7 days before use.

• Appearance: Glossy, thixotropic coating that emphasizes the structure of the wood
• Consumption for first coat: from 16 to 25 sq. m/l depending on the type and condition of the wood

• Drying: 6-10 hours at 20°C; next coat is applied after at least 24 hours
