Anti-corrosion primer 25kg PF-07 gray XPERT

Leko Anti-Corrosion Primer PF-07 is a professional product of Orgachim, designed for reliable initial protection of metal surfaces. Its composition is a homogenized suspension of finely ground pigments and fillers in a special alkyd varnish, which guarantees excellent weather resistance and durability of the coating. This primer is the ideal solution for protecting ferrous metal structures that are exposed to intense moisture and external factors.

One of the key advantages of the product is its extremely fast drying - the surface is dry to the touch after only 15-20 minutes. This allows for significant optimization of the workflow on large-scale projects, while providing a dense protective film with a matte finish. The primer is easy to apply and has excellent flowability, creating perfect adhesion between the metal base and the finishing paint.

Method of use:

1. Surface preparation: The substrate must be sound, dry and free from dust and grease. Remove old paint and coarse rust with a wire brush (p. 1)
2. Mixing and thinning: Stir well before use. When working with a brush/roller, dilute up to 5%, and for spraying with a gun - up to 10% with thinner AMV or BAT (p. 1)
3. Application: Work at temperatures above 5°C. Apply an even layer with a brush, roller or spray gun (p. 1)
4. Second layer: Apply the next layer after the previous one has completely dried (recommended after 24 hours for maximum strength)
5. Cleaning: Use AMV thinner or a suitable organic thinner immediately after finishing work.
