PROTECTA 3 in 1 Base White Pass for tinting is a high-quality paint with a glossy finish, which is used for anti-corrosion protection and decoration of new and rusty surfaces of ferrous metals such as doors, railings, fences, metal roofs, tanks, etc.
PROTECTA 3 in 1 has the qualities and action of 3 separate products: rust converter, primer and decorative coating, and the paint can be applied directly to the rust. The product can be tinted in 180 colors according to the RAL cartel.

How to work:

1. Preparation of the substrate:
New surfaces: Degrease new metal surfaces, clean them of dust and other dirt. To achieve better adhesion, sand the surface.
Painted / Rusted surfaces: Clean old painted surfaces of cracked paint, dust and grease stains. Clean rusty metal surfaces with a wire brush from coarse rust.
2. Application:
Stir well before application.
Work at a temperature above 5°C.
If necessary, dilute with PROTECTA thinner: up to 5% when applying with a brush and roller; up to 12% when spraying with a gun.
Apply the first coat of Protecta 3in1 base evenly on the metal surface. The second layer can be applied immediately after the previous one, or after it has completely dried. If necessary, you can apply a third layer, following the application instructions. Attention: a wet film thickness of more than 80µ is not recommended! This is a prerequisite for very slow drying and wrinkling of the coating.
3. Application tools - for the best result, we recommend using:
Solvent-resistant brush;
Solvent-resistant roller;
Airless application machines (gun) with a nozzle 1.6-1.8. Airless-200 bar, nozzle type: 0.011-0.015".
