BOSCH's PointTeQ metal drill allows fast drilling in metal thanks to the PointTeQ tip.The self-centering tip prevents deflection, allowing drilling to start quickly and easily.Increased drilling speed generates less heat and less wear. Thanks to PointTeQ technology, the tip stays sharp and provides constant durability.
The drill is made of HSS steel. Due to the increased drilling speed, less heat is generated and wear is reduced. This drill is suitable for drilling through and centering holes in alloy and non-alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastic. It has a sanding cylindrical gripping tail and is designed for use in drilling machines with stands and screwdrivers.
The risk of breakage is low because the drill has a highly elastic body. Its black oxide-covered channel ensures fast removal of chips.
