Hardener I-3733 HB 3kg for zinc phosphate primer G 3733 ORGACHIM

Hardener I-3733 HB is the mandatory second component for Orgachim's professional epoxy system, based on primer G 3733. It is formulated as a polyamide agent, which when mixed with the base product starts a chemical reaction, leading to the formation of an extremely strong and dense protective film. This two-component system is specially developed for harsh industrial conditions, where metal structures need maximum protection against aggressive environments and corrosion.
The use of this hardener allows the finished coating to acquire high temperature resistance (up to 150°C) and excellent mechanical properties in just seven days. Correct dosage is essential for the viability of the mixture and the final strength of the primer. The product provides a perfect bond with the metal substrate and ensures that the anti-corrosion zinc phosphate pigments in the primer will perform their protective role effectively for years.

Method of use:

1. Preparation: Before mixing, ensure that the ferrous metal surface is cleaned of rust to St2 or Sa 2 ½ grade.
2. Mixing: To 1000 g of primer G 3733 add 170 g of hardener I 3733 and mix mechanically until completely homogeneous.
3. Thinning: If necessary, add Thinner D 309 NEW (up to 10% for Airless or up to 15% for air gun)
4. Application: Work at air temperature between 10°C and 25°C and humidity up to 75%.
5. Working time: Use the prepared mixture immediately. After 2 hours, the gelling process begins and the product becomes unusable.
6. Cleaning: Wash tools with Thinner D 309 NEW immediately after finishing work.
