Condensing separator FR 180 of the GAV brand. The product is designed to dry pneumatic tools from moisture that forms in the compressed air supplied by the compressor. The device is connected to the respective pneumatic tools by means of a nozzle with a size of 1/4". This allows the model to be connected to a regulator and lubricant, which are attached to its nozzle. Timely and frequent replacement of the condenser separator filter ensures its longer and efficient operation.
The productivity of the device is 500 l/min. The maximum allowable pressure that the condensing unit can withstand is within 12bar.
The condensate trap is designed to be installed immediately before the pneumatic tool to be treated. The filtration of the working process, which characterizes the product, is 10 microns. The capacity of its container is 30 ml.
