Japanese kitchen knife from the Azza series by Tescoma. Excellent for easy and fast cutting and chopping of fruits and vegetables for preparing classic Ayat dishes.
The knife is forged from a whole piece of hardened high-grade stainless steel with a hardness of 55 - 57 HRC. The handle is 3-point riveted and has an ergonomic shape for maximum comfort and safe operation.
