Chagre Ultra Line - 1kg, grau

NOVOL's Ultra Line UBS shagre is a one-component product based on synthetic resins. When applied, it forms a durable and elastic layer, resistant to the impact of stones. The product provides protection from petroleum products, water and salt. UBS Antigravel does not contain asphalt or bitumen. The applied layer absorbs vibrations and sound and can be painted.The product is not applied at temperatures below +15°С and humidity above 80%. It is recommended to apply with a shagreen gun with a nozzle 4 mm, pressure 2-4 bar and a distance of 20 cm.

Apply 2 or 3 single coats, leaving the thinner to evaporate for about 5-10 minutes. When USB Antigravel is applied directly on steel, it is recommended to apply one coat of colorless varnish or paint.

Features:

• Thickness of a single dry layer: approximately 100µm
• Consumption rate: approximately 3.5 sq.m.for 100 µm thickness of the dry layer
• Time between layers: 5 - 10 minutes at 20°C
• Drying time: 40 - 60 minutes at 20°

Method of use:

• Two-component acrylic primers: dry sanding P220 - P280, dedusting and degreasing
• Polyester putties: dry sanding P120, dedusting and degreasing
• Epoxy primer: up to 12 hours. after laying the primer - without sanding, after 12 hours. to dry dry with P220 - 280, dedusting and degreasing
• Steel: degreasing, dry sanding with P80 - P120 and degreasing again
• Aluminum: degreasing, Scotch Brite, dedusting and degreasing again
• Galvanized steel: degreasing, Scotch Brite, dedusting and degreasing again
• Stainless steel: degreasing
• Plastic plastic: degreasing with Silicone remover and matting with Scotch Brite, degreasing again
• Polyester laminates: degreasing, dry sanding with P220 - P280, dedusting and degreasing
