Thanks to the new enamel on all lines of the new Gorenje ovens, the AquaClean function has been significantly improved. It offers serious help in cleaning the inside of the oven. All you need is to pour half a liter of water into the baking tray and turn on the water cleaning function. After 30 minutes, the results are visible on the entire surface of the oven and trays. Oily stains and those from sunburn are softened and can be easily wiped off

The quality and type of enamel are especially important for the oven and its operation. SilverMatte is a highly durable and strong material that can withstand extreme heat, even pyrolytic cleaning at 500°C. Deprived of micropores, it covers the surface of the oven and trays, making them resistant to the highest temperatures, microwaves and steam. The triple coating of the interior improves the reflection of heat and guarantees additional insulation. That is why the interior of the oven always remains safe.

The DC+ system effectively cools the oven body and prevents damage caused by high temperatures. The DC cooling system operates when the oven is switched on, while the DC+ system is activated after the oven has finished operating.

The best baking results are achieved with a combination of small and large heaters located in each other. Their location ensures optimal heat distribution and guarantees perfect baking results every time, so that the food becomes crispy on the outside and fragile on the inside.
