VITEX gypsum plaster primer is a water-soluble acrylic primer for indoor use, with excellent filling ability. Designed for priming gypsum plasterboard, plaster, concrete, plastered surfaces and more. Due to its high filling capacity, the product is equally absorbed by gypsum board, grout and other surfaces to be painted. VITEX primer completely erases any uneven areas on the paper surface of the drywall. The finishing painting of the surfaces primed with VITEX primer ensures a flawless and uniform finishing surface, even when applying the first layer. The product is odorless during application.

Prior to application, the surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, grease or brittle materials.The product must be mixed well before use. It is applied in one or two layers with a brush or roller, diluting 5-10% with water, and also with an airless gun, diluting 10-15% with water. The product must not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C and/ or at relative humidity above 80%. The applied layer is dry to the touch within 30-60 minutes. After 6-8 hours of applying the primer, latex or acrylic paints can be applied on it.
