The two-component waterproofing ARDEX 8 + 9L consists of ARDEX 8 acrylate dispersion without thinners and ARDEX 9L reactive powder with a bulk density of about 1.2 kg/l. For processing, the two components are mixed in the solidified state. The alternative waterproofing ARDEX 8+9L is waterproof and very elastic, does not have a coloring effect on silicone grouts.
Field of application:

• The two-component ARDEX waterproofing is suitable for indoor and outdoor use on walls and floors.
• Protects from moisture and loads that occur in rooms with showers, bathrooms, areas with bathtubs and floor siphons, bathrooms in public areas and others.
• In the consistency of putty can also be used to smooth out bumps.
• The product is suitable for waterproofing and protection of the base from moisture on balconies and terraces.
• Suitable bases are cement screeds and concrete.

Consumption rate:

• Consistency for application with a brush or roller: 2 hands, minimum 0.8 mm thickness of the dried layer - about 1.50 kg/sq.m.
• Consistency for plastering: 2 hands, minimum 2 mm thickness of the dried layer - about 2.80 kg/sq.m.
• When used as an adhesive: on a smooth base about 1 kg/sq.m.
