SikaTop Seal-107 Elastik is a two-component, polymer modified, elastic cement screed. It is a waterproof mortar suspension consisting of a liquid polymer and a cement mixture.

It is used for internal and external waterproofing, insulation of concrete, cement bases and others. It can also be used for repair of brickwork and blocks, protection of concrete structures against the effects of salts or thawing of various bases, waterproofing of basement walls in new construction and reconstruction, filling joints/openings, insulation of basements and wet rooms, sealing of fine cracks in concrete structures, waterproofing of balconies and terraces covered with a protective cement layer.

• Easy and convenient to apply with a brush or thin tools
• It does not need water
• Very good adhesion to prepared substrates
• Protects concrete against carbonation
• Protects against water penetration
• Does not cause corrosion in steel or iron
• It can be applied on both horizontal and vertical surfaces
• It is recommended to apply in two layers. The thickness of the layers depends on the type of bases, as well as the air temperature.
• Layer thickness: from 0.75 mm to 1.5 mm
• Consumption: about 1.7 kg/sq.m/mm
