Water-dispersion impregnation primer designed for indoor and outdoor use. Casa Bella is used for impregnation of lime-sand plasters, concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum, gypsum plasterboard, cement-fiber boards. The primer is especially suitable before external and internal painting, as well as before the application of polymer plasters. It penetrates the pores of the foundations and strengthens them. The primer binds the powder on the surface of the coatings. Impregnates the foundations, unifying its penetrating ability. Reduces paint consumption. The primer retains resistance to wet rubbing and washing. The coating dries in 2 hours at normal air temperature, after which a second layer can be applied. Treated surfaces must be sound, dry and free of dust and oils. Apply with a suitable brush or roller. The recommended operating temperature when applying Casa Bella must be above +5°C. It is desirable, before applying the wall primer, to dilute it with 4 parts water, depending on the suction capacity of the substrate. The recommended work surfaces are: lime-sand plasters, concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum, gypsum plasterboards, cement-fiber boards. Surfaces must be pre-prepared with anti-moss, mildew and algae preparations. New substrates must be completely dry. Old, already painted bases must be sound and well cleaned with a brush and spatula.
