Chemischer Anker 300ml Anchorfix-1

Two-component chemical anchor Anchorfix-1, which does not contain styrene and thinners. It is fast-curing and is recommended for various types of substrates and surfaces, such as:
- reinforcing steel,
- studs,
- bolts and other types of fittings,
- concrete,
- hollow and solid masonry,
- hard natural stone,
- solid rock mass.
The advantages and qualities of the chemical anchor Anchorfix-1 are the following:
- rapid curing,
- possibility to use a standard pistol,
- can be used at low temperatures,
- high load capacity,
- does not lose its consistency, even when laying ceilings,
- styrene-free,
- no odor,
- low installation losses,
- transported easily and conveniently.
The maximum thickness of the applied layer is 3 mm. The open time and the speed of hardening are directly dependent on the temperature when laying the chemical anchor. At -10°C, the solution solidifies in 24 hours while the open time is 30 minutes. As the operating temperature increases, the period for reaching the appropriate hardness of the solution decreases. At +30°C, the chemical anchor hardens in 35 minutes and the open time is 4 minutes. The operating temperature of the environment and the air must be from +5°С to +40°С. The chemical anchor is made in accordance with Bulgarian and European standards.
