Pneumatic tools have advantages that give them a competitive place among other widely used tools - electric and battery-powered. They boast high performance characteristics. They may be relatively small in size and weight, but their power is great. Light and easy to use, pneumatic tools are distinguished by exceptional reliability and a long service life.
The basic principle of operation of these machines remains the same - using compressed air for propulsion, but in all other respects modern models do not resemble their predecessors in the least. Along with their wide application for spraying paint and plaster or sandblasting, they can be useful in a number of other different types of activities - construction and installation, repair, finishing, in manufacturing enterprises and industry.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION, ADVANTAGES AND TYPES OF PNEUMATIC MACHINES AND TOOLS

As we have already noted, all pneumatic tools work on the same basic principle – they are powered by compressed air. The compressed air is provided by a compressor. The principle of operation of the compressor is as follows – a piston compresses the air in a tank, which is then released through a regulator that maintains the pressure.
One of the main advantages of pneumatic tools is their fire safety, which is due to the lack of high-voltage power supply during their operation. Compared to electric tools, they are distinguished by their durability and significantly lower operating costs.
According to their operating principle, pneumatic tools are divided into three main groups:
- impact tools (drilling hammers, chisels, chisels, tackers, etc.);
- tools with impact-rotary action (wrenches, jacks, etc.);
- rotary tools (grinders, polishers, drills, screwdrivers, etc.).

PROPER USE OF PNEUMATIC MACHINES AND TOOLS IS ESSENTIAL

For the long-term operation of pneumatic tools, their correct operation, the quality of the compressed air, cleaning, drying and oiling of the machine play a crucial role.
The air used to drive the devices must be clean and dry and operate at a pressure of no more than 7 bar. Higher pressures significantly reduce the service life.
For lubrication, oil specially designed for pneumatic tools should be used. 4-5 drops are dripped into the air inlet of the device. This should be done every 3-4 hours of operation. The oil should be of medium viscosity. With thicker oil, the performance of the tool is significantly reduced.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

In this product category, you can find pneumatic wrenches and tappers, a set of pneumatic tools and accessories for them, a protective coating gun and much more.
Compared to electrically driven wrenches, pneumatic wrenches have some undeniable advantages that make them a successful competitor. They are small and light, reduce the workload during operation, which in turn is a prerequisite for higher productivity. They have very good performance under various operating conditions. They work in a wide temperature range, high humidity, in dusty and dirty rooms. Each pneumatic wrench is characterized by maximum torque, idle speed, maximum air pressure, air nozzle and maximum bolt size.
Tackers are a very useful and convenient tool, intended for both carpentry and upholstery, as well as in many other fields. With tackers you can hammer nails, fasten various fabrics to furniture or cables to walls, perform many different decorating jobs outside and inside the home - fastening wall coverings (textile wallpaper, insulation materials, etc.), paper or foil (posters), soft wood and boards (bottoms, chipboard backs of cabinets, etc.).
In the Pneumatics product group you will find many more different types of pneumatic tools and machines that are suitable for professional and non-professional use. All of them are from proven brands in the industry such as BOSCH, RAIDER, GAV and many others.
