The alkyd paint for metal and wood by PRAKTIKA is a stable alkyd coating based on organic solvents for the protection of pre-primed wooden, metal and other surfaces operated outdoors or indoors. The paint is intended for the protection and decoration of wood and metal objects. It can be used for painting doors, windows, fences, joinery, metal elements, etc., both indoors and outdoors.

The coating of the alkyd paint with a silky sheen is resistant to rubbing and washing with detergents.

Method of use:

• Before application, the paint is mixed very well and the surfaces are cleaned of oils, dust, rust and contaminants. Depending on the preliminary preparation of the surface, one or two layers are applied. A roller, brush and/or paint gun are used to apply the paint. The interval between the first and the second layer is about 12 hours after the complete drying of the first layer.The product is ready for use, only if necessary the paint can be diluted up to 3% with thinner MPT or AMB.
• Drying time: up to 24 hours at a temperature of 23°C and 60% air humidity
• Average consumption rate: about 100-120 ml/sq.m per layer
• Shelf life: 36 months from the date of production in factory-sealed packaging
• To be stored in closed and dry rooms that are protected from direct sunlight.
