The product is a one-component air-drying alkyd paint for decorative protection of wooden and metal surfaces. Alkyd paint is suitable for outdoor and indoor use. It cannot be applied under highly aggressive conditions. The decorative coating is mint green (RAL 6029) and has a satin effect.

Surface preparation and application:

• Wooden surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt. It is not necessary to prime them before applying the alkyd paint.
• Metal surfaces must be completely clean, dry and free of visible damage. Rust removal should be done by sandblasting or blasting. Metal surfaces must be pre-primed with an alkyd primer.

Application and recommended layer thickness:

• The alkyd paint is applied by machine - air spraying with a 1.3-1.4 mm nozzle and a pressure of 3-4 atm
• Dry film: 30-40 µm
• Wet film: 75-85 µm
• Consumption: 140-160 g/sq.m.
• A single layer wet film thickness of more than 85 µm is not recommended. This is a prerequisite for delayed drying and wrinkling of the film

Drying time:

• Surface drying: 8 hours
• Complete drying: 24 hours
