The recuperator is designed to provide continuous air exchange in apartments, villas, hotels, cafes and other domestic and public premises. It is equipped with a regenerator that allows the supply of fresh filtered air, heated by an energy recuperator. The fan is designed for installation on external walls and for continuous operation.

The device consists of an air duct, a ventilation unit and an external ventilation ventilation safety grille. Two filters, a regenerator, a gasket and two air distributors are installed in the air duct. Air filters are designed to purify the supply air and prevent foreign objects from entering the regenerator and fan.

The ventilation unit must be installed on the inside of the wall, and the ventilation grid on the outside. It is used to direct the exhaust air and prevent water and other objects from entering the fan.

The device has an electric motor with two fixed speeds. Switching the speeds, as well as switching on and off the recuperator is done via the remote control or via a rope switch.

Working principle:

• The fan works in two modes, preserving heat and saving energy.
• Mode 1 - the fan removes stale and warmed air, which passes through the ceramic heat exchanger for 70 seconds. The heat exchanger heats up, absorbs moisture from the air and automatically switches to mode 2.
• Mode 2 - the cold air from outside passes through the heat exchanger, absorbs the accumulated moisture and warms up to room temperature. After 70 seconds, the fan switches back to mode 1.
• Air extraction and supply modes change every 70 seconds.
• The recuperator can be switched on and off remotely or via a rope switch.

Fan:

• The air is handled by a reversible axial fan with an electronically commutated motor (EC). Thanks to EU technology, the fan is characterized by low energy consumption. The motor is protected from overheating.

Filters:

• The two built-in filters with a general class G3 are used to clean the air during discharge or discharge. Filters provide fresh and purified air from dust and insects. Another function of the filters is to protect the fan parts from contamination. The filters are cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or washed with water.

Heat exchanger:

• The high-tech heat exchanger is used to extract the thermal energy of the exhaust air and subsequently heat the supplied fresh air. The heat exchanger is ceramic with an efficiency of up to 85%.
