Alkydlack E 5071 seidenmatt 20l RAL 9002 Grauweiß

The product is a one-component air-drying alkyd paint for decorative protection of wooden and metal surfaces. Alkyd paint is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Cannot be used under very aggressive conditions. The decorative coating is in color according to the RAL 9002 catalog and with a satin effect.

Surface preparation and application:

• Wooden surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt. They do not have to be primed before applying the alkyd paint.
• Metal surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, dried and without visible damage. Rust cleaning should be done by sandblasting or blasting. Metal surfaces must be pre-primed with alkyd primer.

Application and recommended layer thickness:

• The alkyd paint is applied by machine - air spraying with nozzle 1.3 - 1.4 mm and pressure 3-4 atm
• Dry film: 30 - 40 µm
• Wet film: 75 - 85 µm
• Consumption: 140-160 gr./sq.m.
• Wet film thickness for one layer more than 85 µm is not recommended. This is a prerequisite for delayed drying and wrinkling of the film.

Drying time:

• Surface drying: 8 hours
• Complete drying: 24 hours
