Optisches Refraktometer

The optical refractometer of VANKOV 2004 is designed to measure the sugar content /BRIX/ of wine, brandy, fruits and vegetables. The hand-held refractometer measures the density of sugars and gives an instant result. There is no need to convert readings or make temperature adjustments to 20°C for the 10-30°C range. The measuring range is 0 - 32% sugar /BRIX/, and the accuracy of the device is +/- 0.2% /BRIX/. The refractometer comes in a convenient plastic box complete with pipette, screwdriver.
