Abdichtungsband Webertec Max Tape 10m

WEBER's special three-layer Webetec Max Tape consists of non-woven polypropylene, elongated in the transverse direction and rigid in length and modified polyethylene membrane. It is applied on tiles or natural stones for flexible sealing of joints. It is used for forming expansion (deformation) joints in large-area ceramic coatings and heavily loaded surfaces. The tape is suitable for working joints on floors and walls, outdoors and indoors.

Way of working:

• The tile adhesive is prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions and applied evenly in the corner area. Apply the sealing corner, remove excess glue with a spatula and spread. The joint sealing tape is cut to the appropriate wall size before processing. It is important to plan an overlap of 50 mm to the sealing angle. To safely overlap the seal, apply sealing tape for corners and joints and a suitable liquid sealing adhesive. Apply the tile adhesive evenly in a wall/floor connection. Place the sealing tape on the joint and press in the correct position with a spatula. Excess adhesives are pushed out of the sides and spread. The remaining strips are processed according to this scheme. You can then proceed with sealing the surface.
