Liatris spicata is an ornamental perennial plant of the Aster or Asteroid family. It is characterized by straight or branched stems with very thin pointed leaves, ending in a bright inflorescence resembling a candle. They reach 60 cm in length. Liatris blooms from mid-June to late August, more abundant in the second and subsequent years after planting.

The plant is very fragrant thanks to the natural flavor - coumarin. A special charm gives it a charming scent of vanilla, mixed with fine notes of fresh hay. It looks great in a bouquet.

The bulbs are planted in November - April at a distance of about 15 cm and a depth of 8 cm.
