CAPAROL's CapaMaxx interior paint is distinguished by optimal properties and a high degree of coverage. The paint is suitable for working and living areas. It features minimized emissions. CapaMaxx does not contain harmful substances, it is economical and ecological, odorless. It is easily applied with a paint brush, roller or Airless equipment. The water-based paint has good diffusion ability.

Contains a synthetic dispersion conforming to the German standard DIN 55945. CapaMaxx can be tinted. The product is checked before laying to avoid color deviation.

Specifications:

• Degree of gloss: Normal matt (full matt according to DIN EN 13 300)
• Characteristics according to DIN EN 13 300: Tinting can lead to changes
• Wet friction resistance: Class 3 friction resistance according to DIN 53778
• Coverage: Class 2, with consumption of 8.5 sq.m/l or approximately 120 ml/sq.m.
• Grain size: Fine(< 100 µm)
• Density: approx. 1.45 g/cubic cm

The base on which CapaMaxx will be applied must be sound, dry, clean and free of substances that could prevent good adhesion.To achieve a homogeneous and dense coating, apply CapaMaxx diluted with a maximum of 5% water. Deep colored surfaces may require an additional first coat thinned with a maximum of 10% water. The paint consumption is approximately 120 ml/sq. m.On rough and embossed surfaces, the consumption rate may be higher. The exact consumption rate is determined for each surface through samples. Minimum temperature for laying and drying: +5°C of the product, the air and the surface. It is easily applied with a paint brush, roller or Airless equipment.

When applying with an airless gun, it is good to follow the following recommendations:

• Spray angle: 40° - 50°
• Nozzle Size: 0.019" - 0.021"
• Pressure: 150 - 180 bar

At a temperature of around +20°C and 65% relative humidity, the surface is dry after 4-6 hours.It is completely dry and ready to load after approximately 3 days. Low temperature and high relative humidity increase the time.
